It's Christmas Eve in Bethlehem, and pilgrims from around the world gather to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Lutherans join together at Christmas Lutheran Church in Bethlehem for a joint international service at 5 pm. There will be singing and carols in the Manger Square, then midnight mass from the St. Catherine's, the Latin Catholic part of the Nativity Church compound, which is broadcast all over the world.
